SUMMARY
Leads the NextGen team at the Oxford Campus ranging from birth through college. Responsible for implementing the One Church developed NextGen strategy (via collaboration) through the campus’ NextGen Staff. Serves as a team leader on the Oxford Staff and partners directly with the campus pastor.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church.
- Assists the Campus Pastor to work toward excellence in all areas of the ministry.
- Assist other staff members, when needed, to support teamwork and contribute to the successful completion of their objectives and strategies.
- Basic personal responsibilities:
- Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, meditation and practicing L3.
- Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
- Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.
- Maintain active participation in community.
- Reflect a growing awareness and practice of personal Emotional Healthy Spirituality.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).

SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads, oversees, and evaluates all components of the NextGen Ministries of the Oxford Campus.
- In collaboration with the Oxford NextGen staff and the One Church Team (for direction and strategy), establishes goals and objectives for this ministry and initiates strategies to fulfill them.
- Plans and promotes activities to support the NextGen Ministry strategies (in conjunction with the One Church Team) and supervises the communication of these activities to other staff members and the campus congregation as appropriate.
- Oversee the NextGen staff as they recruit and onboard servant leaders in their ministries to provide initial and ongoing training and growth opportunities, keeping with the vision of Ephesians 4:11-12.
- Prepares and manages the budget for all NextGen Ministries under the guidance of the Campus Pastor.
- Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of the church mission and strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
All NextGen ministry staff to include preschool, kids, middle school, high school and college.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and seminary experience; and 10 to 15 years of related experience and/or training.
