Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to support the Director of Technology Solutions by planning, organizing, developing, and directing the administrative functions of the One Church Technology Solutions team and facilitating collaboration across Pinelake’s campuses and ministry areas.

General responsibilities:

  • Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church and the One Church Technology Solutions team.
  • Assists the Director of Technology Solutions to work toward excellence in all areas of the department.
  • Provides administrative assistance for all activities that support the department's strategies. Communicates these activities to other staff members and ministry teams as needed.
  • Assists other staff members, when needed, to support teamwork and contribute to the successful completion of their objectives and strategies.
  • Basic personal responsibilities:
    • As a staff member at Pinelake Church, you acknowledge the correlation between spiritual and emotional growth and maturity.
    • Diligently lead from an overflow of being with God forgoing a mentality of performance and doing for God.

    • Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
    • Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.
    • Preform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).

SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plans, establishes, and oversees the implementation of all administrative functions for the Technology Solutions team.
  • Facilitates clear communication and collaboration across ministry areas through reporting, data assimilation, project management, and consistent updates.
  • Provides support by scheduling and preparing for events, meetings, gatherings, and travel.
  • Responsible for assigning timelines for administrative functions and providing deliverables based on ministry deadlines.
  • Works closely with the Technology Team to set up and configure tools for event support.
  • Orders materials, hardware, software licenses and resources as requested.
  • Tracks and balances monthly expenses and reports activity for Technology Services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor's degree preferred. Two to four years of administrative experience minimum for competitive candidates. Applicable experience may substitute for portions of the educational framework.
