Our Associate Worship Pastor/Minister at the Reservoir campus works in partnership with the Campus Lead Worship Director to lead the worship teams for Pinelake Reservoir’s campus. As a leader, this person will assist in the development, implementation, direction, and promotion of a Worship Ministry that is relevant to both the Pinelake Reservoir congregation and to the wider community. The Associate Worship Pastor/Minister will serve as a primary worship leader on the Reservoir campus which will include Sunday services, PL Students services, and other services as assigned. This person will work closely with the Worship Pastor of Bands and the NextGen Worship Minister/Pastor, as well as partner with the Production staff to execute worship experiences in various environments. This person will share responsibility for the spiritual health and musical development of the teams within his/her care

- A spiritual shepherd with a desire to raise up others;
- An excellent communicator of vision, mission, and values; and,
- Proven as a leader with experience leading and developing servant leaders in the Worship Ministry, which may include vocalists, band members, and production support teams.
To lead efficiently with us, you must:
- Illustrate effectiveness in leading worship from a primary instrument;
- Believe wholeheartedly that the role of a pastor is to equip others to lead out in ministry by recruiting, training, and building a worship team; and,
- Provide a highlight reel of you leading worship from the stage.
It would be incredible if you:
- Have technical experience in Ableton programming; and,
- Possess a working knowledge of ProPresenter and Jands Vista.
Educational requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PINELAKE’S STORY: The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi, in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God’s grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, and Starkville. Weekly, we serve over 11,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.
RESERVOIR CAMPUS: As Pinelake's first campus, the Reservoir hosts over 6,000 weekly attenders over three services on Sunday morning. As a suburb just east of Jackson, Flowood is the fifth fastest-growing city within the state! Excellent schools, great parks, expanding retail developments, and a great Southern charm, make this community one of the most livable in the South! This campus serves families from the surrounding areas of Brandon, Pisgah, Ridgeland, Jackson, and countless other towns and cities within our state.
